Build your own pressure myograph

We wanted to do some pressure myography experiments, but we didn’t have enough kit to go around. Since we didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a commercial system, we instead designed and built our own pressure myograph. We called it VasoTracker. The hardware consists of:

pressure myograph bath chamber
temperature monitor
pressure monitor
a cheap microscope
a cheap computer
