VasoTracker multimodal diameter measurement software
If you have some blood vessel imaging data, you might need of some analysis software. With VasoTracker Offline Analyzer, extracting diameter measurements from a wide range of blood vessel images is easy (it’s automatic!). There are options to analyze pressure myography, fluorescence, and even ultrasound data.
The software is open source, and publicly distributed. Download the latest release from our download page.
